Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we apologize if this is not the case. Whatever the reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

All items must be in their original packaging with the product labels intact
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition
The shoes must not have wear marks on the outsole

If none of the above conditions are fulfilled, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process any request for exchange or refund, that the items have been returned to us by post.

The items for sale are not exchangeable or taken back in our shop or via our online portal.

1. Exchanges, returns
All exchanges and returns must be made within 10 days of the invoice date for orders in France and within 20 days for orders abroad.

2. How to return / exchange your product?
3.1 You will need to include your original invoice with the item (s) in their original condition and packaging.

3.2 Please explain the reasons for the return to the package.

3.3 Send us your package by post via a traceable delivery method.

3.4 Wait for our confirmation by e-mail and you will be notified when your online purchase order is ready. As a rule, the processing time is 5 working days from the receipt of your package.

3.5 All return requests will be refunded only via online credit vouchers. Your online voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next online purchase. You can also request a full refund of your purchase via the payment method used during your order.

3.7 Online store credits will be at the purchase price of the product, as indicated on the original invoice. No refund will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original shipping, return and shipping costs of the items exchanged.

3.8 However, if one of the products received is considered as defective or if it is a bad delivery, will assume the expenses of forwarding of the articles.

3.9 Refunds will not be issued for taxes, duties, taxes, and excise taxes collected on foreign orders, whether refunds or items traded.

4. Other terms & conditions
4.1 All items returned and exchanged can only be made once.

4.2 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to prevent you from receiving free returns if the following item (s) to be returned or redeemed are of the same item as those of a previous order.

4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from single, accidental or random damage resulting from your use or the wear of a product.

4.4 Beautiful Day Shop makes no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular description, and fitness for a particular purpose.

4.5 These returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Singapore Consumer Protection Act (Fair Trade).
