1. Shipping

When checking out your order you have the choice between three types of delivery:

Mondial Relay (approximate delivery in 3 working days, the parcel is to be received in relay point).

Chronopost 24 Hours for fast shipping and delivery.

Colissimo home (under 2-5 business days) in order to receive your order at your home.

2. Order status and tracking number

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This may vary depending on the circumstances, such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorizations, packaging and shipping of the order. A confirmation email will be sent for all orders once received.


Once the order is sent, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the follow-up number. You can check and track the delivery status of your orders from our local logistics partner, using your six-digit order number. A new delivery will intail an additional charge if no one is present to receive the package. Please provide your phone number at the address indicated at the time of payment so that the mail company can contact you in case of unforeseen events.

3. Taxes, customs

For all international orders, you will have to pay all import taxes, customs duties and possible customs duties (in accordance with the laws in force in your country) in order to allow customs clearance.
